  • Yes, we offer refunds giving the items are unworn, undamaged and tags still attached.

  • Please visit our Shipping Page to find more information on our delivery methods. Processing and shipping times around busier periods of the year such as Christmas, Black Friday etc can take a little longer so please bare this in mind.

  • Yes - You can refer to our size guide here but pease note this is a guide only. Also keep in mind each item fits differently according to the style and fabric composition however, our customer care team will be more than happy to assist you in this department, simply email us at info@moisaofficial.com.

  • We currently use UK sizing. All our items are generally made to fit true to size but please note, our blazers are made with a silhouette style for a natural hourglass fitting so please keep this in mind.

  • If your country doesn't appear upon checkout then unfortunately we do not ship to your country. We are looking to improve our distribution capabilities to better serve our customers.

  • You can return your item/s by following these steps:

    1. Fill in the required information on the 'Create A Return' form on our website using either your tracking or order number we sent you.

    2. Select a reason for your return and wait for us to confirm.

    3. Once confirmed, send your unused item/s back to us within 10days. Please note, returns are paid by you, the customer.

  • Once your order has been received, you can return your item within 10 days, from the date your order was delivered, to create and sent back your item. Please note, we cannot accept returns outside of the returns policy. In the case we do receive your items outside of the returns policy, they will be sent back to you and the return cost will be deducted from your account.

    Please ensure the returned items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all tags and labels attached in a resellerable condition.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, it is recommended you place a new order for the item you wish to exchange and send back your current item for a refund. Instant exchanges are not accepted due to us not being able to hold the item you wish to exchange for, this is to avoid disappointment.

  • Cancellation requests are required within 30mins of placing an order however, we are happy to amend your order such as a name or address, giving it hasn’t been dispatched so please ensure you input the correct details to avoid delay or disappointment.   • We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay and Clearpay

  • Once we receive your item/s we aim to process your refund within 3-5 working days, this time can vary in busier periods.

    You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed and should appear back on your statement up to 5-10 days however, it is solely dependent on your card provider.

  • In the event the item you wish to buy is out of stock, we would advise adding it into your wishlist however, please note all our pieces are limited edition simply for exclusivity purposes therefore, most styles will not be restocked unless it is of high demand. If available, we would recommend purchasing the item because once it’s gone, its gone!

  • Unlike ready-to-wear, made-to-measure suits are predesigned and altered to fit your exact measurements crafted by the expert hands of our master craftsmen. Please allow up to 2 weeks for customisation
