Shipping Information

You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped.

Responsibility

Once your package has been signed for the responsibility then passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you to accept the delivery on your behalf (such as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them. This will be evidence of delivery and fulfilment by MOISA.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays incurred by customs clearance processing time, couriers or any other unforeseeable problems.

Change of Address

Please note that once you have placed an order, you are unable to change your shipping address for security reasons. In the event you have made a slight error (a wrong/missing letter or number) and your order hasn’t been dispatched, we are more than happy to modify this for you.

During Holiday Season

We are open during most parts of the Holidays therefore, please plan accordingly and look out for further details nearer to the time. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

Customs And Import Duties

If you incur charges, it is up to the receiver to cover these costs.

You may or may not be charged customs and import duties upon receiving your package as this will depend on the value of your order.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country therefore, we are unable to predict nor provide an estimated amount of what those charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d advise getting in contact with your local customs office so you have some idea of what to expect.

Should you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to the outstanding customs and import fees, you will be liable for any charges we occur due to your refusal as well as the cost of return back to us which will be deducted from your refund balance.
