Most watches at Moisa Timepiece cannot have VAT reclaimed, however there are a few that can. Please ask your sales advisor for further information before purchasing.

You can check the status of your enquiry via track and trace if being delivered, alternatively you can email us here. As soon as your watch has been received and booked in, you will receive an email to update you on the status.

We currently do not offer finance options at this time.

Selling or part exchanging your watch with Moisa Timepiece couldn’t be easier. Once you have submitted an initial enquiry telling us the make and model of your watch, we will send you an estimate within 48 hours. We’ll then discuss and arrange delivery or collection for your watch at your convenience. You can then send us your watch, or drop it off at a selected location, and after an inspection, we will issue you a final offer. If you’re happy with this, we will transfer the money into your account within 2 days if you're selling, or complete your order and dispatch your new watch if you're part exchanging.

Although you don’t need to have the box and papers to sell us your watch, their absence can affect the value. Proof of purchase will be required if you do not have the box and papers.

The condition of your watch, any included accessories, and the current secondary market are all factors to be considered when determining the value.

Once your submission is received by our team, we work on getting you an evaluation within the first 24-48hours hours.
