Most watches at Moisa Timepiece cannot have VAT reclaimed, however there are a few that can. Please ask your sales advisor for further information before purchasing.

We do not offer any returns or refunds on purchases made with Moisa Timepiece. For complete ease of mind, we will assist you throughout the overall process prior to making any purchases with us.

You can use your current watch to exchange or upgrade to another timepiece quickly, simply and in one transaction. Part exchanging with Moisa Timepiece removes the uncertainty between selling and buying altogether, making the purchase that much more enjoyable.

Every watch we sell is furnished and inspected beforehand for your peace of mind. You will receive a sales agreement to confirm you’ve received your watch in the condition as sold.

Our preferred method of payment is by wire transfer or cash upon collection only.

If you have a certain watch in mind that we do not currently have online, we can surely locate it for you.

We process a high volume of watches, and the watch you are looking for may already be in our system. Simply fill in the form here and a client advisor will contact you at the earliest convenience to let you know if we have the watch in inventory, otherwise we will source the watch for you to the Moisa Timepiece quality standard. We do not have a timeframe of when we can source the watch but rest assured we will do out best to minimise the time based on our connections.

All our watches are meticulously inspected inside and out by our manufacturer experts who are able to spot indications if a watch might be fake, and when the information is available, we will also cross-reference our watches against official brand records to identify inauthentic or aftermarket parts.

Moisa Timepiece maintains relationships with major watch brands and is trusted by thousands of clients worldwide, therefore, we take watch fraud extremely seriously.

Due to the nature of pre-owned watches, strap and bracelet sizes can vary; however, we endeavour to provide watches with an adequate strap and bracelet length to fit the average wrist size.

If you are unsure if a watch will fit your wrist, please contact your Client Advisor for sizing information to determine if your watch will be a comfortable fit. Additional links or a new strap may be purchased if available.

Watches in short supply can often command a higher value both to buy and sell. Market demand requires us to offer a higher price to acquire these watches, and as such the sales price can exceed the RRP.

We currently do not have a physical showroom at this time however, Moisa Timepiece is a growing global company in Dubai, United Kingdom and United States which will open our showroom of the future in good time.

We also have a growing roster of Authorized Dealers to browse inventory or sell your watch.

Moisa Timepiece clients are required to pay applicable VAT for all purchases. Customs charges as well as any associated import taxes, or duties may be applied in jurisdictions where Moisa Timepiece does not maintain a physical location. The taxes collected by Moisa Timepiece will be listed in your purchase receipt, but you may be responsible to pay additional duties and taxes to the carrier.

Yes, you are more than welcome to view the watch in person giving it is in your current location. If the watch is in a different location we will send you pictures and videos for your reference. Please contact your Client Advisor for more information.

All our watches are meticulously inspected inside and out by our experts. We ensure any flagged problems are dealt with immediately.

Upon request, we will provide a sufficient amount of images and videos for your peace of mind.
