Returns Policy

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. 

  • Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off. 

  • We do not offer exchanges.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition. 

We offer returns for all unsatisfied purchases. Please read below and follow the steps to return your item/s. Once your order has been received, you have 10 days from the date your order was delivered to create a return request and send back your item.


How to return your purchase

Fill in the required information in the ‘Create a return’ form on our website including the reasons for your return.

Please include your packing slip when sending your unwanted item/s back to us.

Once we confirm receipt, we will provide a returns address for you can send the item/s back to us.

Please note shipping costs are paid by you the customer which will be deducted from your refund balance.

Proof of postage

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on it ways back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your refund.

Inspection

Returns are first inspected prior to issuing a refund.

The item/s should be returned back to us unused with garment tags and labels still attached so we can proceed with your refund. We will only refuse a return if the item/s sent is outside the return policy or is in a unsellable condition. For those that are damaged or soiled will be refused and sent back to the customer. Please note, the return cost will be deducted from your account.

Out of Stock

In the event the item you wish to buy is out of stock, we would advise adding it into your wishlist however, please note all our pieces are limited edition simply for exclusivity purposes therefore, most styles will not be restocked unless it is of high demand. If available, we would recommend purchasing the item because once it’s gone, it’s gone!

Late Returns

Late returns are not eligible for a refund and will automatically be refused upon creating a request.

International Returns:

We advise using our courier provider DHL by quoting our accounting number.

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges and returns costs ranging between 90-130 AED / 20-30 GBP.

Delivery and return costs are non-refundable in the case of a refund.

Customs And Import Duties

If you incur charges, it is up to the receiver to cover these costs.

You may or may not be charged customs and import duties upon receiving your package as this will depend on the value of your order.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country therefore, we are unable to predict nor provide an estimated amount of what those charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d advise getting in contact with your local customs office so you have some idea of what to expect.

Should you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to the outstanding customs and import fees, you will be liable for any charges we occur due to your refusal as well as the cost of return back to us which will be deducted from your refund balance.
