  • Selling or part exchanging your watch with Moisa Timepiece couldn’t be easier. Once you have submitted an initial enquiry telling us the make and model of your watch along with pictures from various angles, we will send you an estimate within 24-48 hours. We’ll then discuss and arrange delivery or collection for your watch at your convenience. You can then send us your watch, or drop it off at a selected location, and after an inspection, we will issue you a final offer. If you’re happy with this, we will wire the funds into your account within 2 working days if you're selling, or complete your order and dispatch your new watch if you're part exchanging.

  • We offer a wide selection of premium pre-owned watches. This allows us to offer you the most competitive quotes for your luxury timepiece.

  • The first step is to check your paperwork. The reference number can be found on the papers, warranty card and occasionally on the case. If you don’t have access to these documents, some brands include the reference number on the caseback engraving. Occasionally there will be two numbers engraved on the caseback, one will be the serial number (the unique identifiable number for your watch) and the other will be the reference number. Still not sure what your reference number is? Include as many pictures as you can, including the caseback and our team will take a look.

  • If you have any further queries regarding your existing enquiry, please submit a question or email us here.
